With spring comes a new light... and the Prix Lumières Awards that make INRS graduates shine. Today, we invite all members of the INRS community to nominate candidates for the second edition of the Prix Lumières Awards held by the INRS Foundation.
This distinction recognizes the actions, achievements and inspiring career paths of our graduates, in addition to contributing to the influence and development of INRS and to a great sense of pride among all members of its community.
The 2021 Prix Lumières Awards are made of three categories:
- Firestarter Prize: awarded to a recent graduate whose promising career start is a source of inspiration for our student community.
- Trailblazer Prize: celebrates a graduate who has distinguished himself by his exceptional career and his commitment to his community, both in Quebec and beyond.
- Starburst Prize: honors the exceptional commitment of a graduate to the development and contribution of INRS to the economic, social or cultural development of Quebec.
As last fall, the jury that will examine the applications submitted for the 2021 Prix Lumières Awards is made up of members of the Board of Directors of the INRS Foundation. 2020 winners are also invited to join them.
Nominations are accepted until Monday, April 5, at 5 p.m., and the 2021 Prix Lumières Award winners will be announced at the graduation ceremony on May 15.
