Winter 2024 scholarships

The INRS Foundation is announcing today the launch of three scholarship competitions designed to encourage, support and recognize the work of members of the INRS student community. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, seven students will receive financial support totalling $19,000 this spring, in addition to the conditions offered by INRS. Take a look at the eligibility criteria and submit your application by email before April 12.

Andrea Rovere Scholarship
(1 x $2,000) • Centre Énergie Matériaux Télécommunications • Deadline: April 12, 2024

Offered thanks to the generosity of members of the INRS community, this scholarship was created to honour the memory of the brilliant INRS graduate and generous postdoctoral researcher of Italian origin, Andrea Rovere. Until 2021, during his promising academic career, he focused his research on a new type of nanostructure capable of generating electrons with high-intensity terahertz waves. A $2,000 scholarship will be awarded to doctoral students enrolled at the INRS Centre Énergie Matériaux Télécommunications.
