Have you noticed? To reaffirm that a relationship based on trust with all our stakeholders is important to us, we have updated our governance and personal information management policies and procedures.
At the INRS Foundation, we are committed to protecting your privacy with the same rigour with which we work to support and enhance the INRS student, scientific, and alumni community. We have been successfully carrying out this essential part of our mission since 2020, thanks to your full confidence.
Over the past few months, we have reviewed our privacy practices. In doing so, we wanted to ensure that the personal information we collect is handled with greater transparency, while complying with new legal obligations.
As a result of this process, we have formally implemented a Policy for the Management and Protection of Personal Information. Our Privacy Policy has also been improved and updated. Finally, our web platform has been upgraded to take better account of your preferences regarding the use of browser cookies. This is reflected in our Cookie Policy.
In summary, here are three aspects reflecting our commitment to the protection of your personal information since the creation of the Foundation:

- We use it only for the purposes for which it was collected.
- We put in place specific measures to ensure their protection.
