Annual general meeting of members

Did you know that, as per our general bylaws [in French], individuals who donated $1,000 or more during the 2023-2024 year (i.e., from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024) may qualify participate in the governance of the INRS Foundation by becoming a member and eventually run for a seat on the Board?

Our annual members’ meeting will be held in Quebec City on 24 September at around 4 pm.

Here is an overview of the agenda:

• Renewal to the Board of Directors
• Receipt of the audited financial statements for 2023-2024
• Appointment of the auditor for the 2024-2025 financial year
