Annual general meeting of members

Did you know that, as per our general bylaws, individuals who donated $1,000 or more during the 2024-2025 year (i.e., from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025) may apply to participate in the governance of the INRS Foundation by becoming a member and eventually run for a seat on the Board?

Our annual members’ meeting will be held on 23 September at around 4 pm.

Here is an overview of the agenda:

  • Renewal to the Board of Directors
  • Receipt of the audited financial statements for 2024-2025
  • Appointment of the auditor for the 2025-2026 financial year
