Privacy: Rest assured
Have you noticed? To reaffirm that a relationship based on trust with all our stakeholders is important to us, we have updated our governance and personal information management policies and procedures.
At the INRS Foundation, we are committed to protecting your privacy with the same rigour with which we work to support and enhance the INRS student, scientific, and alumni community. We have been successfully carrying out this essential part of our mission since 2020, thanks to your full confidence.
Over the past few months, we have reviewed our privacy practices. In doing so, we wanted to ensure that the personal information we collect is handled with greater transparency, while complying with new legal obligations.
In summary, here are three aspects reflecting our commitment to the protection of your personal information since the creation of the Foundation:
- We obtain your consent before collecting, using and disclosing it.
- We use it only for the purposes for which it was collected.
- We put in place specific measures to ensure their protection.
As always, you may ask to be removed from our contact lists at any time and you can unsubscribe from our emails by a single click. However, we hope that you will continue to engage with us and read our newsletter, which keeps you up to date on the many achievements of members of the INRS community.
Your engagement is important for us. After all, you are INRS, and we are your foundation, growing with your aspirations for the future.
In short, it is with passion and pride that we work with you to accelerate INRS’s development and outreach. To do this, your trust is invaluable and essential. Should you have any questions about our commitment to protecting your privacy, please do not hesitate to contact our executive director.
