Annual general meeting of members
Did you know that, as per our general bylaws, individuals who donated $1,000 or more during the 2022-2023 year (i.e., from May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023) can participate in the governance of the INRS Foundation by becoming a member and eventually run for a seat on the Board?
Our annual members’ meeting will be held on 28 September at around 4 pm.
Here is an overview of the agenda:
- Renewal to the Board of Directors
- Receipt of the audited financial statements for 2022-2023
- Appointment of the auditor for the 2023-2024 financial year
