Changing the world through research
The INRS community contributes to the development of Quebec society through the quantity and quality of its innovative and promising research projects. Our scientists are at the top of the podium for research intensity in Canada. Philanthropic support is yet another way to increase the contribution and relevance of INRS to the advancement of society.
Call for proposals
Further to the Foundation’s first call for proposals last November, nine initiatives were selected by the qualification committee. Philanthropic canvassing is underway to support these projects.
Today, the INRS Foundation is launching the Impulsion INRS 2021 call for proposals.
This year, submissions are accepted:
- until June 1, 2021 (for the June qualification committee), and
- until December 1, 2021 (for the December qualification committee).
We invite you to submit funding proposals for research projects that will allow INRS to increase its impact and respond even more to its mission of contributing to the development of society. Successful projects will be presented to business and philanthropic circles.
We particularly encourage projects addressing the many challenges of the current context and those that will make a difference for a green and inclusive recovery.
Although all members of the community can propose projects, only initiatives led a member of the faculty will be considered by the INRS qualification committee.
To submit a file, simply complete the online form and email us a budget statement and a letter of support from the director of your center. Please visit the Impulsion INRS page for more information and to learn about the qualification criteria.
Members of the Foundation’s team are available to answer your questions and assist you in developing your proposals. Do not hesitate to reach out!
