Hands shaping a heart

Dear members of the INRS community,

What an exceptional year! Over the past few months, we have all learned to live in unprecedented circumstances and, on the (virtual) ground for the roll out of the INRS Foundation, I had a front row seat to witness the pride, resilience and care that make up the strength of our remarkable community.

Today, I would like to take advantage of Thank You Thursday to express my profound appreciation for your support, which took multiple shapes and forms.

First, I would like to express my gratitude for your commitment to the future of the INRS and its community members. Throughout the year, you have shared your dreams and offered me suggestions, time and support to develop, initiate and breathe life into the Foundation's activities. Some of you have volunteered to tell your stories as graduates or to testify to the influence of the Foundation's support. Others have shared their experiences as donors, and still others have opened the doors of their networks. All of these actions contribute to the vitality of philanthropy and our relationships with graduates.

Next, I would like to thank you for your great generosity. More than 200 of you showed your solidarity this spring and contributed this fall to our very first annual campaign. You are pioneers in the deployment of the INRS Foundation, and your invaluable support illuminates our entire community!

My team and I have made student success the flagship theme of our community fundraising activities this year and your participation makes us proud. Nest week, I will share with you the results of our campaign, which ends today. Until then, there is still time to show your pride in the INRS student community.

With all my heart, thank you very much!
