I offer a helping hand for the future to a graduating student

"This award [for best PhD thesis] is an incredible honor and validation of the hard work, dedication and passion I've put into my research over the years. It's a recognition of the impact and contribution of my work in my field, and instills a huge sense of accomplishment and pride."

Together, let’s celebrate the perseverance and success of our new graduates, stemming from each of our four research and training centres, the next generation of scientists in Quebec and beyond.

Thanks to the generosity of the members of the INRS community, the Foundation has been offering $12,000 per year in prizes to our graduates since 2020.

The eight 2024-2025 award winners will be announced at the May 2025 Convocation ceremony:

  • One $1,000 prize will be awarded for the best master’s thesis in each centre
  • One $2,000 prize will be awarded for the best doctoral dissertation in each centre

As past recipients attest, these awards recognize the efforts and perseverance of our students and have a positive influence on the next chapter of their careers:
